About our home.

Constructed in 1986 by the original owner himself, our home echoes so many of the charms of antique Vermont farmhouses, while having modern comfort and amenities. The house is located a half mile from the small town of Wallingford, and within no more than thirty minutes of larger towns such as Manchester, Ludlow, and Rutland, and forty-five minutes from Woodstock. Sitting on approximately 3/4 of an acre, the home overlooks Roaring Brook, which serves as one of the property’s boundaries. At the edge of the brook, a screened cabin sits perched over the water.
